A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US:
This small home improvement company from Endicott, NY was established in April of 2012. We provide specialized services throughout Broome and Tioga counties, and northern Pennsylvania. We are professional gutter guys, roofers, remodelers, carpenters, and all around handymen. Although we may be a relatively newer business, you can rest assured that my crew and I have been in the business for decades!
I began my career in home improvements during the early 1990's, as a roofer/carpenter during the summer breaks of high school. I've been installing seamless gutters professionally since 1998, all the while honing my skills in the other services we provide. Over this time I've personally installed nearly one million linear feet of gutters on well over 7,000 homes and businesses! My experience rivals none when it comes to installing and trouble-shooting any type of gutter system. Hundreds of other professional contractors have relied on my expertise to complete their gutter projects perfectly, and I'm proud to extend the same quality and service to you.
We may put an emphasis on our seamless gutters, but we excel in many other aspects of the building and remodeling trades. During the employment with my former company I had hundreds of homeowners, who were impressed with my gutter work, inquire about additional projects. To avoid any conflicts of interest (due to the nature of being a sub-contractor) I would have to recommend someone else, even though I was very capable of performing most of the tasks. Free time was usually an issue as well, whereas word of mouth was putting me in high demand, there was only so much I could achieve on weekends. That's essentially why I decided to start my own business; I wanted to be available to satisfy the growing list of people requesting my workmanship . So I parted ways and decided to take on this venture, doing the types of work I enjoy. I was lucky enough to be able to bring on some talented friends and former co-workers that are very skilled in their trades. Not only do we love what we do, we do it very well!
OUR WORK ETHIC:
I conduct business in the same fashion I'd expect to receive as a customer myself. It may sound cliche but we truly do treat every home like it's our own, and every customer with the utmost respect. After all, your home is most likely your most valued asset and we understand your concerns about whom to trust to be in there. When hiring us you can expect:
Communication. In my opinion communication is probably the most important aspect of a project going smoothly - from start to finish.
Professional workmanship - We have the knowledge, tools and equipment to complete your project precisely and in accordance to New York State and local building codes.
The best materials available. Unless specifically requested we never use inferior materials or products.
Projects to start the on the date we agreed upon, and be completed by or before the estimated deadline. (Of course sometimes mother nature makes that difficult.)
Us to show up on time every morning and only work as late as to not hinder your family time in the evening.
Us to be courteous to both your family and your neighbors.
Thorough clean-ups at the end of each project, with daily clean-ups during, to keep your home as safe and as presentable as possible.
Us to do the job exactly as proposed, using the materials we agreed upon. Which brings us back to the importance of communication!
Unlike a lot of the bigger companies, I am hands on through every stage of your project; from scheduling the initial estimate all the way to the final nail. I've personally experienced the miscommunication that occurs when too many people are involved, more often than not a salesman doesn't truly relay all of the customers wishes to the workers. Since I'm there every step of the way nothing gets "lost in translation" and projects just tend to go considerably smoother; which means no surprises the finished project.
We are professionals and take great pride in our work, but we know our limitations. We will not take on any project that exceeds our areas of expertise. It's my name on the line and your property at stake, so we do not claim to "know it all" just to make a buck. You will find a list of services on here that we excel in, and that's what we stick to. Feel free to inquire about any project that you might have though. If it's something we're not 100% skilled in, chances are we can refer a trusted professional that is.

Not only do we provide you with excellent workmanship, we also go to great lengths to ensure the safety of both your family and your home. Our work is done in accordance to, or often times beyond, New York State building code. We are fully insured for both your protection and ours (Worker's Compensation, Disability, $1,000,000 Liability) We are also licensed by the EPA in Lead RRP (Renovation, Repair, & Painting); meaning we've been thoroughly trained to safely remove hazardous lead paint and lead dust when present. We will gladly provide proof of any of these documents per your request.
We stand behind our materials and will promptly remedy any potential issue with our workmanship for at least one year (depending on the particular project) after completion. Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. My guys and myself are committed to meeting those needs.
